Small changes, shipped daily
Work goes live in small, reviewed steps, usually the same day. Big releases are rare and planned.
Writing first
Specs, decisions and incident reviews are written down, so anyone can catch up on the context. Meetings are for what text can't settle.
Everyone talks to customers
Engineers join customer calls and read support threads, so they hear problems first-hand.
Own it end to end
You take work from idea to production and keep an eye on it afterwards. There is no separate team to hand it to.

We work together in the Munich office on fixed days and focus wherever suits you on the others.

We use coding and writing assistants every day and share what works, with a human review on everything that ships.

How we hire
Five steps, usually three to four weeks from application to offer. You hear from us after every step.
Application
5 minSend your CV and, if you like, a few lines on why connic. A person reads every application and answers within two weeks.
Intro call
30 minA video call with a founder about your background, the role and your questions about connic.
Deep dive
60 to 90 minA conversation with the people you'd work with. Engineers walk us through code they wrote; sales and marketing roles work through a real scenario.
Career interview
Up to 3 hoursA founder goes through your last jobs with you, one by one: what you were responsible for, what you achieved, what went wrong and how your managers saw your work.
Team day, references and offer
Half a dayMeet the team in Munich or by video and ask anything. Then you set up short calls for us with some of your former managers, and we send an offer within a few days.
