Ship real features in connic's Python backend and TypeScript dashboard, up to 20 hours a week next to your studies.

You'll work on the same codebase as the rest of the team, with a mentor, code reviews and features that reach customers.

What you'll do

Enrollment at a university in Germany in computer science or a related field.
Programming experience in Python or TypeScript, from your studies, side projects or open source.
You use AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT every day and know agentic coding inside out: coding agents like Claude Code are part of how you work, and you know how to steer and review what they produce.
Up to 20 hours a week during the semester, for at least six months.
Good English. German is a plus.

Deep dive

A conversation with the people you'd work with. Engineers walk us through code they wrote; sales and marketing roles work through a real scenario.
Career interview
Up to 3 hours
A founder goes through your last jobs with you, one by one: what you were responsible for, what you achieved, what went wrong and how your managers saw your work.
Team day, references and offer
Half a day
Meet the team in Munich or by video and ask anything. Then you set up short calls for us with some of your former managers, and we send an offer within a few days.
