connic is built for developers, and its story has to reach the people who choose and pay for it too. As Head of Marketing you own how connic is positioned, how teams find it and how the brand comes across, and you build the team to do it.

What you'll do

Own positioning and messaging for two audiences: the developers who build agents and the leaders who sign off on them.
Build demand across content, SEO, events, partnerships and paid, and measure what each brings into the pipeline.
Run launches together with product: changelogs, feature pages and announcements.
Keep the website and blog sharp, in English and German.
You're responsible for building your team as connic grows.

What you bring

Several years of B2B marketing, ideally for a developer-facing or technical product.
A writer's ear and a habit of checking the numbers: you can write the page and read the funnel.
Experience building marketing from scratch at an early-stage company.
You already use AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT every day in your work.
Fluent English and German.

Nice to have

Experience using AI agents in marketing, and a clear view of where they help, for example in research, content production or campaign operations.

A video call with a founder about your background, the role and your questions about connic.
Deep dive
60 to 90 min
A conversation with the people you'd work with. Engineers walk us through code they wrote; sales and marketing roles work through a real scenario.
Career interview
Up to 3 hours
A founder goes through your last jobs with you, one by one: what you were responsible for, what you achieved, what went wrong and how your managers saw your work.
Team day, references and offer
Half a day
Meet the team in Munich or by video and ask anything. Then you set up short calls for us with some of your former managers, and we send an offer within a few days.
