Basic starts with a one-time €25 Project credit. Developer and Pro include monthly credit. Runs, run-time, storage, retrieval, and connic/* model tokens use the same balance. Standard Projects can add prepaid credit manually or through capped auto-refill. Enterprise Projects are invoiced monthly in arrears.
The Basic welcome credit and purchased credit remain available while the Project is active, including after upgrading or downgrading. Monthly credit expires at the end of its billing period, and any other promotional credit follows its stated expiry.
BYOK usage remains on your provider account. Connic-managed model usage is charged against Project credit at the prices listed in the model catalog. Prices shown for business purchases are net EUR before applicable VAT.
Yes. Basic has no monthly fee and includes a one-time €25 welcome credit. You can stay on Basic and add credit whenever you need more usage. Choose Developer or Pro for higher limits and monthly credit, or Enterprise for custom limits and postpaid billing.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so nothing is interrupted mid-cycle.
