Sub-processors
Last updated: July 30, 2026
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, this page lists the sub-processors that Connic engages to provide our Services. Sub-processors are third-party service providers that may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.
Our DPA requires equivalent data-protection obligations for subprocessors. Contract, privacy, and security review must be complete before a new subprocessor handles production Customer Personal Data, followed by ongoing monitoring.
For Managed Inference identified by a connic/ model, Connic is your supplier and the inference providers listed below act as Connic's subprocessors. You do not contract with or pay those providers directly.
Infrastructure & Service Sub-processors
These sub-processors provide core infrastructure and services that Connic uses to operate the platform:
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Deployment Region | Links |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud EMEA Limited (Google Cloud) | Cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and platform operations | Global (customer choice) | |
| IONOS SE (IONOS Cloud) | Cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and platform operations | Germany (European Union) | |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Stripe) | Payment processing, billing, and subscription management | European Union and United States | |

Connic Inference Providers
These subprocessors may process model inputs, outputs, and technical metadata when Connic provides Managed Inference through a connic/ model. Connic restricts this route to the deployment regions shown below.
| Inference Provider | Deployment Region | Links |
|---|---|---|
| Scaleway S.A.S. | France (European Union) | |
| Cortecs GmbH | European Economic Area (provider-specific) | |
| IONOS SE | Germany (European Union) | |

Customer-configured Model Providers
Separately from Managed Inference, Connic supports customer-configured and BYOK model providers. When you choose one of these integrations, Connic sends data to the endpoint you configure using credentials or an account you control. These companies are not Connic subprocessors for that customer-directed connection.
Customer direction: You are responsible for the provider agreement, selected region, credentials, charges, and data handling for a customer-configured provider. The EU-only processing commitment for connic/ does not cover those connections or other external components configured in the Project.
