Sub-processors

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, this page lists the sub-processors that Connic engages to provide our Services. Sub-processors are third-party service providers that may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.
We maintain contractual relationships with each sub-processor that include data protection obligations consistent with our DPA and applicable data protection laws. We conduct due diligence on all sub-processors before engagement and monitor their compliance on an ongoing basis.
Infrastructure & Service Sub-processors
These sub-processors provide core infrastructure and services that Connic uses to operate the platform:

Supported LLM Providers
Connic supports integration with multiple Large Language Model (LLM) providers. When you configure your agents to use these providers, data is sent directly to them using your own API keys. The specific provider used depends on your agent configuration.
Important: You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to each LLM provider's terms of service before using them with Connic. Your use of these providers is governed by their respective terms, not by Connic's terms.

Changes to Sub-processors
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before engaging a new sub-processor that will process Customer Personal Data. Notification will be provided by:
- Updating this page with the new sub-processor details
- Sending an email notification to the address associated with your account
If you have objections to a new sub-processor, you may raise them in accordance with Section 7.4 of our DPA.
Stay Informed
To receive notifications about changes to our sub-processors, ensure your account email is up to date. Enterprise customers may also request to be added to a dedicated notification list.
