Every agent our customers deploy runs on infrastructure this role owns: builds, the managed runtime, queues, connectors and the regions customers choose. You'll make it scale, keep tenants properly isolated and keep incidents rare and short.

What you'll do

Build and operate the deployment pipeline and the runtime agents run in, across the regions connic offers.
Improve isolation, autoscaling and cost per run as usage grows.
Own observability for the platform itself: metrics, tracing, alerting and the status page.
Manage infrastructure as code and keep environments reproducible.
Take part in on-call and lead incident reviews that change something.

What you bring

Several years running production infrastructure, with containers, infrastructure as code and observability tooling.
Solid programming skills. Most of our services are written in Python.
Security instincts: least privilege, secrets handling and network isolation are defaults for you.
You use AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT every day and know agentic coding inside out: coding agents like Claude Code are part of how you work, and you know how to steer and review what they produce.
Clear written communication in English. German is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience with multi-tenant platforms, sandboxing or event streaming.
Experience with security reviews and GDPR requirements in practice.
