connic solutions builds and runs AI agent systems for companies that don't have the engineering capacity to do it themselves. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you make it real: you build the first working agent while the workshop is still running, and you stay until it runs in production.

What you'll do

Build working MVPs on connic during customer workshops, together with an AI Solutions Consultant.
Work with the customer's employees to connect their systems: email, ERP, file shares, APIs and private networks.
Take agents from MVP to production with tools, tests, judges and approvals, and roll them out step by step.
Run what you built: keep an eye on traces and costs, fix what breaks and improve the agents week by week.
Bring what you learn at customers back to the connic product team.

What you bring

Strong Python and several years building software that customers rely on.
You use AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT every day and know agentic coding inside out: coding agents like Claude Code are part of how you work, and you know how to steer and review what they produce.
Experience integrating business systems, APIs and data.
You're as comfortable in a room with a CTO as with the people who will work with the agent.
Willingness to travel to customers for workshops and rollouts.
Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

Experience in consulting, solutions engineering or another customer-facing engineering role.

Meet the team in Munich or by video and ask anything. Then you set up short calls for us with some of your former managers, and we send an offer within a few days.
