Every step of the [pricing calculator](https://connic.co/pricing) is listed below. Paid-plan estimates assume LLM agent runs lasting 15 seconds each, without model tokens, web tools, storage or retrieval. The monthly price equals the included monthly credit when paying monthly.

Run counts are estimates, not usage quotas. The 500-run selector starts with Basic: €20 one-off welcome credit for the account's first Project, covering approximately 500 runs under these assumptions, with no monthly replenishment or subscription fee. Developer starts at €40/month and supports monthly credit below €200 before term savings. Pro starts at €200/month and remains available at 500,000 runs/month. For larger volumes, contact sales for an Enterprise plan.

## Billing terms

Self-serve checkout is available for totals up to €900,000.00, including applicable VAT. Higher totals require Enterprise. The limit applies to the entire selected term after discounts, including any budgeted token costs.

Let C be the selected monthly Project credit. The payment is rounded to the nearest cent; the credit remains C each month.

For example, €300 monthly credit costs €300 on a monthly plan, €3240 upfront for 1 year, or €5400 upfront for 2 years. Each option provides €300 credit per month. The plan automatically renews for the selected term unless cancelled.

## Volume discounts and usage rates

The selected run package determines the volume discount. Each threshold applies until the next threshold. Adding token costs or changing the token estimate does not change the discount. These are the amounts deducted from Project credit; volume savings apply to LLM agent starts, completed judge run units, runtime, storage and retrieval, including usage funded by additional top-ups.

Term discounts reduce the subscription payment; they do not reduce these unit rates again. Model and web-tool rates are excluded from volume savings. Enterprise rates are Custom.

## Platform usage

- LLM agent runs: €0.0337 per started run
- Judge evaluations: €0.0337 per completed evaluation
- Tool and sequential agent runs: no per-run fee; runtime still applies
- Runtime: €0.00042 per second (€0.0252 per minute)
- Web search: €0.015 per successful search
- Web read: €0.015 per extracted page, including individual PDF pages
- Browser: €0.03 per minute, one-minute minimum per session, then billed per second
- Storage: €0.00342 per GB-hour
- Retrieval: €0.0276 per synced item
- Manual retrieval uploads: no retrieval-item charge

The rates immediately above are the base rates before volume savings. An LLM agent run incurs one run fee, even if it makes 50 model calls and tool calls internally; each completed judge evaluation incurs one judge run unit. Each child agent in a sequence has its own run and is billed according to its type. Runtime is charged per second; model tokens and billable web tools are charged separately.

Browser usage includes loading and idle time until the session closes. Five browser minutes cost €0.15. Each open session is charged separately. Sessions end with their run.

### Estimating token costs

The optional calculator estimate defaults to 50,000 tokens per run at €4 per million tokens. This is a budgeting assumption, not a model catalog price.

- Platform estimate = runs × (LLM agent run fee + 15 × runtime rate per second), using the selected volume discount.
- Token estimate = runs × tokens per run × price per million tokens ÷ 1,000,000, without a volume discount.
- Monthly credit = platform estimate + optional token estimate, rounded up to the next cent, subject to the plan minimum. Apply the term discount to the full subscription payment, including any budgeted token cost.

## High-volume examples

- **100,000 runs/month:** €3,200.00 monthly credit without tokens; 20% volume saving. A 1-year plan costs €34,560.00 upfront and still provides €3,200.00 credit each month.
- **100,000 runs/month with the default token estimate:** €3,200.00 platform + €20,000.00 tokens = €23,200.00 monthly credit. The volume saving remains 20%; a 1-year plan costs €250,560.00 upfront.

All plans support BYOK and EU-hosted Connic models.

## Credit, top-ups and plan changes

All usage draws from one EUR Project balance. Run and inference estimates do not limit how the credit can be spent. Monthly credit is released at the start of each monthly billing cycle and expires at its end. Purchased credit remains available while the Project is active, including after upgrading or downgrading.

Standard Projects are prepaid and support manual top-ups and capped Auto-refill. Usage pauses when available credit is exhausted. Enterprise Projects have custom pricing and commercial terms.

Increasing monthly credit or choosing a longer term can take effect after payment and starts a new billing cycle, provided monthly credit, term and run package do not decrease. The amount paid for unused credit in the current and remaining prepaid months is applied to the new invoice. Credit reductions, shorter terms, smaller run packages and package changes without a credit or term increase take effect at renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Purchased credit remains available; unused monthly credit expires each billing month.
