Basic includes €20 once. Developer and Pro provide monthly Project credit sized to the selected usage estimate. All usage draws from one balance. Monthly plans are paid each month; 12- and 24-month terms are paid in full upfront and release credit monthly. Manual top-ups and capped Auto-refill cover additional usage.
The Basic welcome credit and purchased credit remain available while the Project is active, including after upgrading or downgrading. Monthly credit expires at the end of its billing period, and any other promotional credit follows its stated expiry.
BYOK usage stays on the provider account. Connic-managed models use Project credit at catalog token prices. The optional inference estimate helps choose monthly credit; it does not change model prices. Term discounts lower the upfront subscription payment while keeping the selected monthly credit unchanged.
Yes. Basic has no monthly fee and includes a one-time €20 welcome credit. Additional credit can be added whenever more usage is needed. Developer and Pro provide higher limits and monthly credit; Enterprise provides custom limits and pricing.
Increasing monthly credit or choosing a longer term can take effect after payment and starts a new billing cycle. The amount paid for unused credit in the current and remaining prepaid months is applied to the new invoice. Reductions, shorter terms and cancellation take effect at renewal.
Yes. Enterprise plans cover custom usage limits, contractual SLAs, SSO/SAML, compliance reports (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, HIPAA, EU AI Act), a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and security questionnaire support. Sales can scope a plan for the organization through chat.
Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. 1- and 2-year subscriptions are paid in full upfront. Included credit is released monthly and expires at the end of each monthly period. Run estimates assume 15 seconds of runtime; model usage is additional unless included in the estimate.
